Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Captiv Talent. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing candidate and client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and delivering results.
What You’ll Do
• Be the master of your domain, managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing top-tier candidates to nurturing client relationships.
• Craft connections, building and maintaining strong rapport with candidates and clients to ensure perfect placements.
• Dive deep into candidate profiles, conducting interviews & assessments with finesse to match them with their dream roles.
• Recruit across a diverse range of sectors and fields, spanning technology, sales, marketing, customer success, accounting and HR.
• Be a hunter of talent, leveraging diverse channels to find the best candidates in the market.
• Guide candidates & clients through the recruitment process, offering expert advice and support every step of the way.
• Take charge of interview scheduling and preparation
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Comfortable with rapid changes and able to quickly pivot strategies or approaches as needed.
• Maintain high energy levels and a positive attitude amidst challenging situations.
• Collaborate with our dynamic team to innovate, streamline processes, innovate and continuously redefine recruitment excellence
What You Bring
• Demonstrated success in recruitment, adept at independent work and achieving targets – must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an agency setting.
• Communication skills that captivate and build lasting connections.
• Tech-savvy with a flair for using recruitment tools and platforms.
• A passion for people and a talent for understanding their needs and aspirations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related fields.
This is a salaried one-year contract position, with potential for extension or transition to full-time employment.
